this section are to the Children and Community Services Act 2004 .

Section 148(1) is repealed and the following subsection is inserted
instead —
“
(1) In this section —
“legal practitioner” means an
Australian legal practitioner within the meaning of that term in the Legal
Profession Act 2008 section 3.
”.
(3)
Section 148(2) and (4) are amended by deleting “lawyer” in
each place where it occurs and inserting instead —
“ legal practitioner ”.
