this section are to the Guardianship and Administration Act 1990 .
(2) Section 3(1)
is amended by deleting the definition of “legal practitioner” and
inserting instead —
“
“legal practitioner” means an Australian
legal practitioner within the meaning of that term in the Legal Profession
Act 2008 section 3;
”.
(3) Section 51(3)
is amended by deleting “ Legal Practice Act 2003 .” and
inserting instead —
“ Legal Profession Act 2008. ”.
(4) Section 70(3)
is amended by deleting “ Legal Practice Act 2003 .” and
inserting instead —
“ Legal Profession Act 2008. ”.
