amended by deleting the definition of “legal practitioner”.
(3)
Section 5(1)(e) is amended by deleting “a legal
practitioner.” and inserting instead —
“
an Australian lawyer (within the meaning of that term in
the Legal Profession Act 2008 section 3).
”.
