LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2008 (NO. 21 OF 2008) - SECT 699

699 .         Restraining Orders Act 1997 amended

        (1)         The amendments in this section are to the Restraining Orders Act 1997 .

        (2)         Section 62(2) is amended by deleting the definition of “legal practitioner” and inserting instead —

“
        “legal practitioner” means an Australian legal practitioner within the meaning of that term in the Legal Profession Act 2008 section 3 .

”.
