Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) If the name of a
local lawyer or a local legal practitioner has been removed from an interstate
roll, the lawyer or practitioner must, as soon as practicable after becoming
aware of the removal, give the Principal Registrar and the Board a written
notice of the removal.
Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
(2) This section does
not apply where the name has been removed from an interstate roll under a
provision that corresponds to section 90.
