Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) A member who has a
material personal interest in a matter that is being considered by the Board
or a committee —
(a) must
not vote, whether at a meeting or otherwise, on the matter; and
(b) must
not be present while the matter is being considered at a meeting.
(2) In
subsection (1)(a) or (b) a reference to a matter also refers to a
proposed resolution under section 27 in respect of the matter, whether
relating to that member or a different member.
