Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts The following persons
may apply to the Board for the premises at which a pharmacy business is, or is
to be, established or carried on to be registered as a pharmacy in the name of
that person —
(a) a
pharmacist or friendly society who —
(i)
owns, or holds a proprietary interest in, the pharmacy
business; or
(ii)
intends to own, or acquire a proprietary interest in, the
pharmacy business;
(b)
subject to section 41, the preserved company.
