Despite
sections 43(a) and 46(1)(a), the Board may grant an application for
the registration of premises, or renew, or not cancel, such a registration
even though the premises do not meet the requirements prescribed by the
regulations for the minimum standards of fitness for the competent and safe
practice of pharmacy if —
(a) the
Board is satisfied that it is in the public interest for the premises to be
registered under this Division; and
(b) a
condition has, or conditions have, been imposed on the registration of the
premises under section 47.
