section —
relevant official means the Registrar of Titles,
the Registrar of Deeds, the Minister administering the Mining Act 1978
or any other person authorised by a written law to record and give effect to
the registration of documents.
(2) The relevant
officials are to take notice of the provisions of this Part and are empowered
to record and register in the appropriate manner the necessary documents, and
otherwise to give effect to this Part.
