(1) State agencies may
enter into cooperative arrangements with other State agencies under which
goods, services or works are procured by one of them on behalf of the others.
(2) State agencies may
enter into cooperative arrangements with authorised bodies under which goods,
services or works are procured by one of them on behalf of the others.
(3) A State agency
must obtain the approval of the Department CEO to enter into a cooperative
arrangement with an authorised body under subsection (2) unless the
agency is authorised to do so by a procurement direction or another written
law.
