Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) A Minister who has
a function under this Act may delegate the function to another person, other
than this power to delegate.
(2) Any such
delegation must be in writing.
(3) A person
performing a function delegated under subsection (1), is to be taken to
do so in accordance with the terms of the delegation unless the contrary is
shown.
(4) This section does
not limit a Minister’s ability to act through an officer or agent.
