(2) Section 3(1)
is amended as follows:
(a) in
the definition of “development” by deleting “
Town Planning and Development Act 1928 section 2,” and
inserting instead —
“ Planning and Development Act 2005
section 4(1), ”;
(b) by
inserting after the definition of “interest” —
“
“local planning scheme” has the
meaning given to that term by the Planning and Development Act 2005
section 4(1);
”;
(c) in
the definition of “Metropolitan Region Scheme” by deleting “
Metropolitan Region Town Planning Scheme Act 1959 section 6;”
and inserting instead —

(d) in
