PUBLIC TRANSPORT AUTHORITY ACT 2003 (NO. 31 OF 2003) - SECT 173

173 .         Section 8 amended

        (1)         Section 8(4) is amended by deleting “each of the Commission and the Rail Corridor Minister” and inserting instead —

                “ the Authority ”.

        (2)         Section 8(7) is repealed.
