REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONS AMENDMENT ACT 2001 (NO. 18 OF 2001) - SECT 4

4.         Section 3 amended

        (1)         Section 3 is amended by inserting before “In” the subsection designation “(1)”.

        (2)         At the end of section 3 the following subsections are inserted —

“
        (2)         In this Act, subject to subsection (3) —

        "Minister" means the Minister to whom the administration of this Act is for the time being committed by the Governor.

        (3)         In Parts 3 and 5 and Schedule 2 —

        "Minister", in relation to a commission, means the Minister to whom the administration of that commission is for the time being committed by the Governor.
