Act —
"class A reserve" has the meaning given to that
term in the Land Administration Act 1997 section 3(1);
"conservation park" has the meaning given to that
term in the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 sections 6(4)
and 16B(3);
“Crown land” has the meaning given to
that term in the Land Administration Act 1997 section 3(1);
"national park" has the meaning given to that term
in the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 sections 6(3) and
16B(3);
"unallocated Crown land" has the meaning given to
that term in the Land Administration Act 1997 section 3(1).
