ROAD TRAFFIC AMENDMENT ACT 2000 (NO. 39 OF 2000) - SECT 24

24 .         Section 46 amended

        (1)         Section 46(1) is amended by inserting after “prescribed” in both places where it occurs —

                “ or provided for in the regulations ”.

        (2)         Section 46(5) is repealed.
