Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts Section 6(2) and
(3) are repealed and the following subsections are inserted
instead —
“
(2) A licence may authorise the holder to act as a driving
instructor for any kind of motor vehicle, or kind of use, specified in the
licence, or for all kinds of motor vehicles and uses.
(3) If no kind of
motor vehicle or use is specified in a licence, the licence authorises the
holder to act as a driving instructor for all kinds of motor vehicles and
uses.
