32 .         Section 34A inserted

                After section 33 insert:

34A.         Manner of payment of rent

                Except as otherwise provided in a residential tenancy agreement, a tenant under the agreement may pay rent in the form of cash or a cheque, or in the manner referred to in section 33(2).
