(1A) In this
section —
agreement has the meaning given in
section 70A(1);
possession day has the meaning given in

(1) Where a lessor or
a tenant under an agreement gives notice of termination under section 70A
and the tenant fails to deliver up possession of the premises on the
possession day, the lessor may, within 30 days after the possession day,
apply to a competent court for an order terminating the agreement and an order
for possession of the premises.
