A nurse who promotes
any goods or any nursing services should not, in relation to the promotion of
the goods or services —
(a) make
a statement that the nurse knows, or should reasonably know, is false in a
material particular; or
(b) make
a statement or act in a manner that the nurse knows, or should reasonably
know, is misleading or deceptive or is likely to mislead or deceive.
