The National Alternative Dispute Resolution Advisory Council

In August 2004 five new members—Ms Josephine Akee, Mr Fabian Dixon SC, Mr Ian Hanger QC, Mr Greg Hansen, and Dr Gaye Sculthorpe—were appointed to the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Advisory Council, which advises the Commonwealth Attorney-General on ways of resolving disputes without the need for a judicial decision.
