Working it out - A mediation resource package

The Victoria Law Foundation has produced a video training package which provides participants in mediation and others involved in settling disputes with important information on how to pre pare and participate in the process.

The package offers an excellent medium by which both the principles and processes of mediation and the nuances of human interactions, which are integral to mediation, can be effectively presented and discussed.

The package is comprised of:

• A 15 minute video presented by ABC TV personality Julie McCrossin featuring mediations in action and interviews with participants, jointly produced with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).

• A User Guide detailing best practice for both mediators and participants.

• Training Notes including group activities and 'self paced learning' exercises.

Price: $60.00
