ACT CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2008 - SECT 107

    (1)     A non-presidential member may exercise a function of a presidential member unless—

        (a)     this Act or an authorising law provides otherwise; or

        (b)     the president otherwise directs.

    (2)     To remove any doubt, the exercise of a function by a non-presidential member does not affect the power of a presidential member to exercise the function.
