CRIMES ACT 1900 - SECT 210F
Senior police officer to be told about crime scene
(1) As soon as practicable after a police officer
establishes a crime scene, the police officer must tell a
senior police officer that the crime scene has been established.
(2) In this section:
"senior police officer "means a police officer of or above the rank of
sergeant.
