Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The director-general may revoke a transfer order in relation to a young offender at any time before the young offender is delivered in the receiving State into the custody stated in the transfer arrangement for the young offender.
(2) If the director-general revokes a transfer order, the director-general may make a further transfer arrangement with the receiving State for the return of the young offender to the ACT.
