CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 322

Definitions—ch 9

In this chapter:

"review officer"—

        (a)     for a review under division 8.4.2—means a review officer under that division; and

        (b)     for a review under division 8.4.3—means an external reviewer under that division.

"support person"—see section 286.
