CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 389

    (1)     In this Act:

"voluntary care agreement"—see section 394 (1).

    (2)     In this chapter:

"party"—see section 396 (1).

"registered", for a family group conference agreement—means registered under section 391.
