CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 535

In this Act:

"intensive therapy place" means a place declared by the director-general under section 589 to be an intensive therapy place.

Note     Intensive therapy places are further dealt with in div 16.4.1.
