CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 804

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the director-general has issued a high risk employment permit under section 800; and

        (b)     the permit is conditional; and

        (c)     the person engages in conduct that contravenes a condition of the permit.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
