Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) Section 727S, as in force after the commencement day, applies for reporting by the CYP death review committee for the 2024 and 2025 calendar years, and each subsequent period of 2 calendar years.
(2) Section 727S, as in force before the commencement day, continues to apply for reporting by the CYP death review committee for the 2023 calendar year.
(3) In this section:
"commencement day" means the day the Children and Young People Amendment Act 2023
, section 60 commences.
