COMMON BOUNDARIES ACT 1981 - SECT 2B

    (1)     For this division, land is not a parcel of land if—

        (a)     the land is a public park; or

        (b)     the land is a reserve; or

        (c)     the land is a sports ground.

    (2)     In this section:

"reserve"—see the Nature Conservation Act 2014

, section 169.

Note     Reserves include wilderness areas, national parks, nature reserves, catchment areas and other areas of public land.
