In this Act:
"document of identification", for a person, means—
(a) a document that—
(i) is a driver licence, proof of identity card or passport; and
(ii) contains a photograph that could reasonably be taken to be of the person; and
(iii) indicates that the person to whom the document was issued is at least 18 years old; or
(b) any other document prescribed by regulation.

"driver licence" means an Australian driver licence or a licence to drive a motor vehicle (however described) issued under the law of an external Territory or a foreign country.
"excluded person" means a person who is excluded from entering or remaining in the casino by a notice under section 82 (Exclusion by casino official) or section 84 (Exclusion by chief police officer or commission).
"exclusion notice"—see section 82 (1).
"proof of identity card" includes a document corresponding to a proof of identity card that has been issued under the law of a State.
