COMMUNITY TITLE ACT 2001 - SECT 16

    (1)     The developer of a community title scheme may lodge with the registrar-general a request for registration of the scheme.

Note 1     If a form is approved under the Land Titles Act 1925

, s 140 for a request, the form must be used.

Note 2     A fee may be determined under the Land Titles Act 1925

, s 139 for this subsection.

    (2)     The request must be accompanied by (in addition to documents required under the Land Titles Act 1925

) the scheme documents endorsed by the territory planning authority under section 14 (Endorsement of community title plan for registration).
