COMMUNITY TITLE ACT 2001 - SECT 17

    (1)     If a request to register a community title scheme complies with this Act and is in registrable form under the Land Titles Act 1925

, the registrar-general must—

        (a)     register the scheme; and

        (b)     record the registration of the scheme on the folio of the land titles register for each lot included in the scheme.

    (2)     The registration of the scheme takes effect when the registrar-general finishes the action mentioned in subsection (1).
