DUTIES ACT 1999 - SECT 78A

Meaning of entity—pt 3.2

    (1)     In this part:

"entity" means—

        (a)     a private company; or

        (b)     a private unit trust scheme.

Note     Private company —see the dictionary.

    (2)     In this section:

"private unit trust scheme" means a unit trust scheme that is not a public unit trust scheme.
