DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 2000 - SECT 51A

Provoking dog to attack

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person provokes a dog; and

        (b)     the provocation caused the dog to attack the person, another person or an animal.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
