Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies in relation to a prosecution of a person for an offence against section 50 (1) or (2), section 50A or section 51 in relation to a dog.
(2) If the court convicts the person, or finds the person guilty, of the offence, the costs of impounding the dog are payable to the Territory by the keeper of the dog.
