Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) If any of the registration details of a cat change, the cat's registered keeper must tell the registrar, in writing, the new details within 14 days beginning the day after the change.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
(3) In this section:
"registration details", of a cat, means the information given to the registrar by the cat's registered keeper under section 84AA or section 84AE.
