Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This division applies to a territory authority if the authority is prescribed by regulation for this division.
Note This division also applies in relation to territory authorities in relation to certain assets, rights and liabilities (see s 118).
(2) A reference in this division to a division 9.7 authority is a reference to a territory authority to which this division applies.
(3) To remove any doubt, a regulation may prescribe a territory authority for this division whether or not this part would otherwise apply to the authority.
