FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ACT 1996 - SECT 121

Definitions—div 9.7

In this division:

"handover day", in relation to a division 9.7 authority, means the day the authority ceases to exist.

"territory authority" includes a territory authority that has ceased to exist.
