(1) A relevant territory authority—
(a) is a corporation; and
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and
(c) may have a seal.
(2) A relevant territory authority represents the Territory when exercising its functions, unless the establishing Act for the authority or another territory law otherwise provides.
(3) A
relevant territory authority has the same status, privileges and immunities as
the Territory so far as it represents the Territory.
