FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2016 - SECT 89

A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     purports to make a decision under this Act; and

        (b)     knows the decision is not a decision that can be made under this Act.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
