HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW (ACT) - SECT 509

    (1)     A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in—

        (a)     the warrant; or

        (b)     compliance with this Division;

unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.

    (2)     In this section—

"warrant" includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 508(5).
