Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) An action on a cause of action to recover arrears of interest on principal money is not maintainable if brought after the end of the limitation period fixed by or under this Act for an action between the same parties to recover the principal money.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a cause of action to which section 25 applies.
