LEGISLATION ACT 2001 - SECT 12

Meaning of legislative instrument

    (1)     A "legislative instrument" is—

        (a)     a subordinate law; or

        (b)     a disallowable instrument; or

        (c)     a notifiable instrument; or

        (d)     a commencement notice.

    (2)     A reference to a "legislative instrument" includes a reference to a provision of a legislative instrument.
