LEGISLATION ACT 2001 - SECT 15

    (1)     An authorised republication is a republication of a law authorised by the parliamentary counsel under this Act.

    (2)     A reference to an "authorised" republication includes a reference to a provision of an authorised republication.

    (3)     In this section:

"law"—see section 107 (Definitions—ch 11).
