LEGISLATION ACT 2001 - SECT 210

Resignation of appointment

    (1)     An appointment ends if the appointee resigns by signed notice of resignation given to the appointer.

    (2)     However, if the appointer is the Executive, the notice of resignation may be given to a Minister.
