MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2008 - SECT 41
Issuing requisitions for medicines
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person issues a requisition for a medicine (whether orally or in
writing); and
(b) the person is not
authorised to issue the requisition.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units,
imprisonment for 1 year or both.
