MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2008 - SECT 42

Issuing standing orders for medicines

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person issues a standing order for a medicine; and

        (b)     the person is not authorised to issue the standing order.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
