NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 2014 - SECT 190

    (1)     In this Act:

"Ramsar wetland" means a declared Ramsar wetland.

    (2)     In this section:

"declared Ramsar wetland"—see the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999
